Are you an aspiring entrepreneur who wants to start your business in the Southeastern United States but just doesn’t know where to start?
Want to take your business development to the next level here in the Southeast and wondering what it takes to get there?
If so, then the DUO mentoring program is perfect for you!
What is DUO Mentoring?
The DUO Mentoring program, as designed by the CCEF (French Foreign Trade Advisors), pursues a dual objective. Our primary goals are to facilitate the growth of fledgling businesses and nurture aspiring entrepreneurs looking to start new businesses. With our comprehensive consulting, participants gain access to valuable networking opportunities, develop strong business strategies, and take their businesses to new heights.
Over the course of a year, we pair program participants with experienced CCEF mentors. As CCEF, we are committed to providing business development mentoring and guidance within our region of expertise. Our esteemed French business leaders bring a wealth of experience, particularly as it relates to the South East market. We invite you to take advantage of this unique opportunity for professional growth under our mentorship.
For those accepted into the program, you will receive:
- Free one-on-one mentoring with a dedicated mentor
- Direct access to French companies and entrepreneurs from various sectors who know the ins and outs of the American market and more particularly the Southeast market.
- A 12-month relationship with your mentor with personalized support
- Specific advice on how to grow your current business or start one from scratch in the region.
At the end of the mentoring period, mentees and mentors will be asked to submit a final report to CCEF SEUS and FACC-Atlanta.
Who can apply?
CCEF mentors are volunteers and participation in this program is free for mentees. Thus, the success of the program is based on trust, respect and confidentiality.
To participate in the program, certain conditions must be met. To be eligible, the mentee must be a founder, owner or CEO and must possess the following:
- An active link with France: this program is open to French entrepreneurs/start-up managers who have created their business in the United States or to any representative of a French SME developing its activity in the United States.
- A company based in the South East
- Membership in FACC-Atlanta (at least at the entrepreneur level)
